Collect Kachinas from the Southwest Reservation!
Name translation is "He who strips you". After catching a racer who does not move rapidly enough, he lives up to his name by ripping the clothing that he can get his hands on. The large rayed eyes and mouth are his trademarks, though his color may vary. The hair is similar to that of an Iroquois roach.
This vintage Kachina stands 9 1/4 inches tall (23,5cm) hand carved and painted in bright colors, has some imperfections. A beautiful piece of American Southwest spirit art.
