Most items will be shipped via U.S. First Class or Priority Mail. We charge a flat rate of $4.50 for jewelry items unless it is waved during special promotions.
Most items will be shipped via U.S. Global Priority. A flat rate for Europe is $8.50 for jewelry items, which may be waved during special promotions.

Navajocrafts guarantees satisfaction or your money back. If for some reason you want to return for a refund, do so within 10 days and state the reason for the return. If payment was made via a credit card, the card will be credited back the full amount within 10 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
